The views are great here! The development is less than 4 miles from the Pacific Ocean and it makes for great ocean and sunset views. Cypress Ridge is surround by huge cypress trees, a protected forest area, green views, fairway views, lake views, mountain views and more!

2 parks, 2 kiddy structures, baseball field, basketball court, volleyball court, large playing field (Great for dogs, soccer and football) walking and jogging trails, bird watching and more

News Letter :
The news letter comes out with all the current going's on. It Includes presidents notes, HOA information, resident club's information, and more.

Owners Website :
All owners have private access to the Cypress Ridge owners website. This site is a wealth of information to homeowners and keeps residents up to date with all HOA meetings, announcements, changes, contact information and more. (Must be a resident to enter site)

Errant Golf Balls?
Errant golf balls can be a problem at any level when you live on or near a golf course. It is the responsibility of the home owner to contact the golfer that might have caused any damage. Neither the HOA nor the Golf Course has any responsibility to cover any loss whatsoever from an errant golf ball.

Homes on the Golf Course?
Remember the golf course is your neighbor and as any good neighbor you want to treat that property with 100% care and respect. You are not allowed to enter the golf course from your home location.

Can we use the clubhouse and putting green?
Yes by the clubhouse only.  That clubhouse, putting green and driving range are available for the residents and their guests to participate in as well as the general public.

Can I fish in the lake?
The lake, birds, fish, plants etc are visual amenities only. You can not swim, fish, boat nor do anything else to in or on the lake other than enjoy its beauty.

What Are All the Brown Area’s?
Cypress ridge is supposed to look like that.  It is how the development was initially intended to look.
There are protected areas of native plants and entry to these areas is strictly prohibited.

Water Treatment Facility?
Cypress Ridge has its own water treatment facility. The water from this facility is reused to water the protected areas and golf course.
